ATM - Telescope color

Hi all,

All this talk about temperture, colors, and materials has raised a question for
me:
With a solid tube newt, what is the best outside color in order to minimize tube
currents?
Does this change with different tube materials - IE. Sonotube, plywood, aluminum
(unlined, and lined with cork sheeting), fiberglass, etc.?

Also, I have always understood that aluminum is a big no-no for a solid tube
newt (because of tube currents), but now I see that Parallax is using it, and
claiming it is better that fiberglass from a stand point of thermal proerties.
