Hi Jon. I use slow steady unjerky strokes. Keep the mirror or tool moving. I also use salems Cerox 1670. It is the purest CEO I have ever used. Also when polishing try not to use arms only, actually rock your body back and forth-this seems to give you better control. Of course you need to press for real good contact. bob
