ATM Vibration absorbing materials

Might look at SORBOTHANE (do a search on the net).  This substance was
developed for the US space program and converts shock/vibration into heat.
Runners are using it in their running shoes to absorb 80% of the heel shock
they experience in running.  The substance is like a rubber but feels more
like a viscous liquid.  When you press your finger into it it doesn't
immediately bounce back to shape.  Wearing shoes made of it feels like you are
walking on the moon.  It comes with different ratings to absorb vibrations of
various frequencies and you can buy "feet" and other items ready for use on
your Dobsonian.  I will write again with specific web address and prices if
