Chuck; I also have an old AccuTrac here and is used to drive Paul Maley's large Bodine drive platfrom with no problems. It drives my Bodines with no problem, but my Bodines are only 8.5 watts at 110V/60cy. I believe that the Accutrac will vary the freq +/- 15 cycles from each setting, that is both solar and sidereal.
