Roll off, definately. Unless the dome is much larger than you plan, they
are counterproductive.

IMO, that would be the worst material to use. The concrete will absorb
all kinds of heat during the day and slowly release it all night long!
Thin metal or a wood structure would be much better. The wood structure
should be exposed studs on the inside with as thin of a sheeting as you
could stand.
