This would be a criminal waste of money and material. Stiffness comes
from keepeng the layers APART, not bunching them together.
Use lightweight cardboard tube as a filler and lay carbon on the outside
and on the inside (2 on the outside and 1 on the inside is heaps).
It will be stiff as a rock.
