Dear Dr. Hillig:

While I was trying to point out the many ways that Dr. Buchroeder has his
name mispronounced, I , through my poor misguided fingers, helped the problem
along by stating that he pronounces his name Book Rader...I made a typo. He
pronounces his name Book Raider. I know that the pronunciation you offer for
the same name is actually how it would be expected in Europe. However, if a
person's name was spelled T-h-o-m-a-s and he wanted it pronounced Fred, I
would do so.
