ATM Removing coating.

Hello:

By coatings I imagine you are referring to Aluminum. Although, there may
something less caustic, AQUA-REGIA should work. This is a mixture of 1:3
conc. Nitric Acid and Hydrochloric Acid.

THIS IS DANGEROUS STUFF!!!
WILL 'EAT' ANY METAL,SKIN!!!!
USE ONLY WITH VERY GOOD VENTALATION I.E. OUTSIDE!!!!
RINSE WITH COPIUS AMOUNTS OF FRESH WATER.

Hope this helps you out, again I do not know if something less aggresive
will work.
