Re: ATM TM Magazine and Kalmbach Publishing



Does this mean that the copyright laws prevent us from organizing an effort
to make copies for ourselves???  (If there is no loss of revenue to the
Publisher, I wonder what would be violated if copies were made "not for
profit" amongst a closed set (i.e. the atm list server group) of folks???
The only money would be to cover the expenses of scanning and CD
making......(Which I think I saw one of us offer to do if the copyright
tangle could be ironed out...)

So, where's a lawyer when ya need one????
