The_Sky can show alt-az for any object plotted on the screen. Sky + Tel used to
sell a NGC/IC database called N2O which displayed alt/az or ra/dec for the
object 
selected. You could also add objects (with ra/dec) to the database. It used the 
system clock and your lat/long as input data.
