ATM 18-point cell design software

Guys,

If we're going to start publishing other people's software, can
we at least acknowledge credit where credit is due. I have used
this program from TM before to design my flotation cell and
am extremely grateful to the author for his efforts. Unfortunately,
I do not have TM#26 in front of me, and cannot remember the
author's name.... This brings to mind a great article written by
a chap from Japan in Sky & Telescope a couple months back.
He actually worked out the Finite Element Analysis involved
for optimally positioning the supports for flotation cells.
