[ATM] up date 16 inch

finished with wao 15 2 1/2  hr using 1 cup water and 2 tap spoons of
power seems to work grate for each grit.
using 1/3 time as before. Used wao 9 for one wetting, after taken stone
to tile tool to great reed of sharp edge that left scratch with wao 15
and it worked. going to rechangled pitch tool after cleaning it has been
setting for 3 months. plan to cover mirror with CEO and water and use
pitch tool to lock for scratches it mite generate if all is well will
continue with wao 9 and 5
