[ATM] green laser pointer advice

To the group,

I requested a 12mW green laser pointer (Howie Glatter
- Sky Pointer) from in-laws as a birthday gift, and
received a 30mW device.  I'm getting ready to send
this one back in exchange for the originally requested
output, and thought I should seek advice from the
group before doing this.  Any would be greatly
appreciated.
