Re: [ATM] question about reducing dc voltage

That's the sort of thing that I'm thinking about.  Some of them
have the electronics in the car plug while others have it in
llline.  Twenty five bucks isn't a bad price either.
Since the drive electronics takes more than a day to kill off a
set of D cells, almost any level of powe  output will do and, if
the  reducer has any problems with providing enough power, a big
cap in the battery compartment of the drive controller will cure
that.  The motors tho, shouldn't be needing that much power tho.
