[ATM] the future of amateur astronomy

You might remember a simple question I posed some time ago that elicited a
number of very thoughtful detailed responses.  I created a presentation that
I've given twice (ALCON07, Wisconsin Starfest) based largely on people's
thoughts.  I devoted much of my time devising a structure for predicting the
future.  The webpage is without commentary and context: more important than
the graphics of various scopes and whatnots of mine over the decades.  Here
