Re: [ATM] How dark is dark?

I think that I am probably the guilty party. Those numbers should not be
taken as valid!!!!!

My memory was I had seen data on black paint with reflections of about 92%.
I have no idea what black paint, whether glossy or dull or matte or what it
had been exposed to. The original poster indicated matte black reflected
about twice the amount as his glossy. I just said if the glossy was 92%
then matte would be 86%. I personally think they are both higher than 92%,
I just don't have data to say what it is...

The original poster did not provide reflection numbers, only relative
values. I suppose someone could determine the numbers from the dosimeter
readings. I can't.

I don't remember who quoted the numbers in regards to percentages. You
might want to check the archives and ask them where they got those
numbers.

But, looks like a few simple tests are in order. ;)
