Seems a good point - some considerable searching with
no current product from Melles Griot to be found - but
wait, try "#01 LQF 249" and take the first link, the
lens shows up in the "standard" section with no
quality spec... Their "precision" spec in the same
document is lambda/4 and 40/20 scratch dig. So the
lens might benefit from some careful touch-up work.
The material in this case is immaterial. ;)
