After much consideration and analysis of the discussion, I have
decided to line my tube with crumpled aluminium foil. As I am
undecided on colour, I will use the left over foil from the
christmas turkey. This will have patches of shiny, matt,
mirror, and several shades of brown through black. I can then
get some observational results rather than relying on this silly
theory nonsense.

Hopefully, I should have enough left over to make a hat so I can
be protected against cosmic rays whilst observing.
