They've coated ~30 mirrors for me, and all have been good.  Turnaround 
time is usually 1-2 weeks (often closer to 1 week for non-enhanced 
aluminum).

L&L coated my 12.5" Cass optics with enhanced aluminum, and they look 
excellent after 1.5 years and several star parties.  My 16" F/4 has 
their standard aluminum coating and it looks good after ~3 years and 
several cleanings.  I also know of a few primaries stored outdoors 
that are holding up fine after a year or two.
