Hi John,
Assuming you are getting these messages by email, press the "Reply to
All" button.
This gives you a reply message, with the sender's address as the "To"
address and the ATM list as a "Cc" address. You can change this, by
deleting the senders address and moving the ATM list address to the "To"
address field for example. I've left this one as it is.
The Text area should contain the original message, maybe with ">"s at
the beginning of each line, You can then type your reply as you would
normally do, putting it where you like.
If you don't see the original message in your reply then this is a
feature of your email system.
All I've done to product this reply is:
Press "Reply to all"
Type reply
Press "Send"
Hope this helps, I'm using Thunderbird for email, other email systems
should be similar.
