A vendor???  That is something that you do yourself!
I'll note that the flat backed drawing is the one to do as you
just need to carve the hole in the front of the glass and polish
and figure the surface to a nice parabola.
It is simple magic to take a piece of glass and turn it into a
wonderful telescope mirror.  It should be done in the secrecy of
some place where you have access to clean water but you can do it
almost anywher if needed.
Remember that the first optical surfaces were done in pleaces and
times when things were a lot more primitive than now, even in
Pakistan today!  You don't need silicon carbide grit (although it
does make the grinding go a bit faster)  Now get to work!
