[ATM] GSUM tool update



In his ATM 2 article, Gee seems to suggest that a finite conjugate case
can be handled by substituting Pa+1.0/L0 for Pa in the sums, where L0
is the object distance and Pa is the power of the first lens.  I have
updated the GSUM tool to include an "L factor", or l/#, giving the value
of L0, measured in multiples of the aperture (like f/#).  The test
case set so far is slim (f/15 and f/5 with object distance minus twice the
focal length; so the image distance should be about plus twice the
focal length) -- it seems to work:
