[ATM] AOL woes

We are currently having 'some' emails blocked by AOL.  The claim it is 
'at the request of their members'.  There seems to be a problem with an 
'url' included.  It isn't atmlist.net.  We have run a  test on that.  
One problem is the software is starting to deactivate accounts because 
the AOL server is refusing mail.  If you know anyone with an AOL 
account, give them a heads up.  In the mean time, try to avoid including 
urls if at all possible until we find out which is being blocked by 
AOL.   Of course, this is the story I am getting from AOL.
