I can see from the PLOP diagram you have been the "victim" of a bug in PLOP 
concerning the European decimal comma versus decimal point. If you use the 
default parameters, all is well, but if you select a material such as "plate 
glass" from the menu, the parameters with European settings will display 
with commas, not points. Edit the windows and replace the commas with 
points, and the numbers will make sense once again (an RMS error of 0.776 mm 
does not make sense!). This tip was given by some European contirbutor some 
10000 messages ago ;-) - I am sorry I can't recall the name of the 
benefactor but I thank him anyway.

Nevertheless, the 6 point cell will be quite adequate.
Congratulations to a beautiful and certainly functional design!
I'd love to copy some details some time,
