Hello,

I forgot to add the first half of the TAL review, wich was on the previus
Astro-e-magazine issue: here is the link directly to the html on line paper.

It is described as a "tank" russian built OTA.
It reminds of my 4" TAL refractor: very sturdy but with some flaws (short
focuser, thick spider)
