In the sub-aperture corrector branch of this zoology ;-) you may also
count the Icarus design:

As far as I know it has never been built; I seriously considered to make 
a down-scaled version, but this wish is pending. By the way the designer
Michael Pankratz stopped abruptly any email correspondance,
does anybody hear of him recently?
