Sigler designed a Cassegrain type telescope where there is some
correction of the various errors of the mirror section is
corrected in a small set of lenses near the focal plane.
I do have the article but it isn't here at home so I'm not able
to access it at the moment.  However, Richard Schwartz also has a
set of the magazine and he may be able to quickly copy the
article for you.
If you are seriously interested in building such a scope, you
might also want to contact Robert Sigler for help.  I don't know
if anybody other than possibly him has built one.  I'll note that
it is common for optical engineers to design a scope and never
see one built.
