[ATM] All Spherical Relay Telescope

Hi all,

I'm researching the above and I'm trying to find a copy of the article 
that is referenced in "Telescope Optics" 

The article is by RD Sigler and is in Telescope Making vol 2 - winter 
1978. 

I thought I scored when a library search said that the Adler Planetarium 
had a copy, but apparently it is no longer available from them.  If 
anyone has a copy I would be glad to pay for copying/shipping costs.
