Possibly Coroplast. That is one brand name for a polypropylene sheet
that looks like corrugated cardboard and has a similar structure. It is
used by sign making businesses for semi temporary sort of signs. People
have made all sorts of things out of it, including model airplanes,
travel cases for model airplanes, etc. It might not be as flexible as
you need. The flexibility can be increased by slitting through the
outside parallel to the corrugations every inch or so.
It also might be possible to put a bend in it by holding it over a form
and heating it with a rather hot air gun or heat lamp. Problem is
polypropylene has a rather sharp melting point, so, instead of softening
over a wide temperature range, it tends to go from solid to goop in
just a few degrees. Nominal melting point is 121C. Still, it might work.
I suspect it isn't as low reflection as you might want, but should be
plenty opaque in black.
