Either the Porter-Cable 693 or the beefier Bosch 1617EVSPK Either comes with a 
fixed and a plunge base. The Bosch router has an extra set of mounting holes 
under the base plate to fit P-C bases, etc.

I've used both but preferred (and bought) the Bosch.
