The images I'm seeing with my telescope set up with the uncoated primary mirror so far are this: The green in the leaves of the tree in the distant tree instead of looking green, look a grey color. And they lack contrast. Is this a problem with the shape of the mirror, or should I go ahead and get it aluminum coated at http://home.covad.net/~alcoat/ where they could coat it for about $100.
