Agnostics can't be heretics so I buy the suggestion. Question: won't
the "thermal" points PLOP calculates be the same as the support points?
If this is the case, rotating the thermal points with respect to the
center of the mirror so they don't fall on top of mechanical supports,
would heat up the back of the mirror at unsupported points. Wouldn't
this behavior make extremely thin mirrors bend even more?
