I'm showing my ignorance here, but here goes. Is the slot a PCI or
AGP port? If it's an AGP port (Which are usually brown and recessed
further back from the back of the motherboard than the other [usually
white] PCI slots.) you cannot use a PCI card in it. However, it sounds
like your CCD may have an S-Video output because you are asking if it will
work with an existing VGA card. I guess I just don't understand what the
interface is you are using.
