RE: ATM Anyone know Dan Cassaro

I don't post much on this list, but I feel I needed to make a statement.

Dan's service is spotty at times. I ordered my first mirror making stuff
from him, and yes, it took a couple three weeks, but, by gosh, it got here.
Packed nicely, in perfect shape.

And you know what? It sits here at my feet, reminding me I need to get
going on it. BUT... other things in my life take a more important share of
the time I have to deal with. Kids, work, house, sweety.

Dan has a life, Dan does the best he can, giving us quality products (does
anyone have a complaint about the quality of material shipped by him to
us?) If he fall behind, if he loses an order every once in a while, cut him
some slack. Find better quality stuff at a better price. And let me know.
Knowing Dan, he will make right.

I see this on a couple of lists I belong to. People extending themselves,
beyond their regular life. For you, for me.

You try it... then complain.

I don't expect to be treated badly by any vendor (although it happens once
in
a while). In particular, if you want glass fast, I have found United lens
to
be not only fast, but extremely responsive and courteous, despite the fact
that my order was miniscule. Of course, it was rather pricey, but I was
treated very nicely.
