I don't expect to be treated badly by any vendor (although it happens once in 
a while). In particular, if you want glass fast, I have found United lens to 
be not only fast, but extremely responsive and courteous, despite the fact 
that my order was miniscule. Of course, it was rather pricey, but I was 
treated very nicely.
