I just spoke to Dan this evening by phone about a deal we have been
bandying about. He tells me that if you email him at his ATT address,

He told me that he usually gets about 100 email messages a day, from all
kinds of folks. Some will never maka a mirror; some want to get all
sorts of free advice; some want advice on whether to purchase a Meade or
Celestron; and some are real customers. He has a real job, and does this
as a sideline, and he says it takes him about a month to get an order
out, which is not really working. (There was the sound of kids playing
in the background.) But what he's trying to do is to promote amateur
telescope making, he says. The number of orders he gets varies widely
from week to week, he said, but I forget what the numbers were.

The phone number is on his website. His prices are quite good; no-one
comes close.
