Thanks for the correcting of the size of the images.
It looks like a very lumpy surface. Next is that the edge isn't being
worked on by the lap. When you get the edge polished out, you will see that
little problem go away. The general lumpyness is a problem that you are
going to have to get fixed before you go too much longer as you will never
be able to finish the mirror until you understand how it is being produced.
Generally this is from not properly "walking around the barrel" as you do
your polishing and also letting the lap jump around as a result.
I'd do a good warm press and then do a good long polishing session with the
mirror on the bottom to open up the radius and get rid of the TDE from the
lack of polishing.
