The mirror is neither TUE or TDE as you are not finished polishing yet. Keep
polishing until you get ALL of those pits our around the edges. Then you can
test and worry about figure.

I noticed the edges, while polishing, will not come clear by about 1" all
around it.

The cut off top in the photos is a result of my poor support system at the
time.

What is the best way to fix this problem?

For the ROC = 0 photos (no lines) are those imperfections there?
They are not crystal clear photos.
