RE: Subject: ATM Any thoughts on our Telescope Prototype?

Yeah...the center of gravity is too high. It would be very difficult to
stabalize. One other problem we noticed in the prototype is that the flaps
might not be stable enough for observations. It was fun to put together but
we are now rethinking our design. Thanks for the feedback and advice!

An elegant, clever design; a closable tailgate without any extra weight.
But, doesn't it put the center of gravity mighty high? You still get
points
for shooting it in your kitchen. Russell Porter would be proud.
