I got them from Telescope Optics: Design and Evaluation. 
My software gives pretty much exactly the same as what 
I get with a calculator.

The values I used (50% zone anyway): 

AS1 -0.0000513349 
AS2 4.823025e-10 
AS3 9.28797e-16 

These values are not very far away from those for the 
86.6 zone.

Hmmm, the first term seems about same as mine, but 
the other two are very far away (like orders of 
magnitude) from what is shown in the book. BTW, my 
numbers are in good agreement with values 
shown in that book for a 200 mm Schmidt camera (pages 
76-77). I know I have encountered some typos in this 
book previously. I will certainly try these numbers 
out. Thanks very much...
