ATM Is the rouge-Cerox gap closing?
Is anybody aware of any recent scientific comparisons of the surface
qualities available from rouge versus Cerox?
Or is there anybody out there who can look through a scope and say, "Wow!
You can always tell a rouge-polished mirror" -- and then explain how?
Whenever I discuss this with others, it seems to come down to either a
matter of faith and assumption, or the infamous, aging illustrations in
Texereau.
It seems to me that improved milling techniques and sub-micron Cerox's must
have closed the gap since Tex.
