Probably the easiest way to get exactly what you want is to use CorelDraw or
other good paint program and draw them out.  CAD/CAM programs also will
allow the accurate drawing of things like this and there is shareware
CAD/CAM programs on the web.
If somebody does a PostScript program, have it put the page to a file and
then have the user copy that file to the printer.  The alternative is to do
a .PS file with comments in it for the variables needed to make the size
right but that can become compxex to those who barely confute.
