Re: ATM 24 inch

Greg,
Your scope is GREAT !!!!
I am thinking building a 24" f/4 next year and your scope is a VERY
interesting source of inspiration.
I'm now rebuilding my 13" coulter and maybe I could try to make the base
like yours (I have already planned to have my upper ring similar also).
My problem is I don't understand how your base rotate in azimuth. My english
is not very good and I'm not sure to understand your description when you
say "the carrier rotates around (???) 9 closet bearings that hold it in
place". is there 2 rings rotating one on the other?
Are you going to add soon some new pictures for the poor frenchies trying to
understand your very nice design?
I have observed with Vincent Leguern and his 30" saturday, and I think I'll
be very interesting in your design (he is building a new scope)
Greetings from France,

Raphaël Guinamard
