If there is a wrap layer, I think you will get it by a non-destructive
way. Maybe drop ungripping oil (sorry don't know the exact wording)
between the wrap and the _mirror_. You may have to wait several hours
for it to find its way, which could be monitored through the glass
if the back is polished or wet. Otherwise, or in addition,
thermal variation should help.
