Hello, all:  Shane L. asked about this, but I thought I'd add that these
tubes ARE NOT concrete forms.  They are very rigid mailing tubes from Yazoo
Mills.  The purpose for these tubes was explained to the company, and they
responded with the tubes I described.  ANY type of paper tube will be best
treated on the ends with "super glue"  (best purchased at a hobby shop,
price-wise.)  Very strong, and water resistant. These tubes are less
expensive than the concrete forms found locally, and with no messy hassle of
removing wax, etc.  Clear Skies.......   JW
