Re: ATM 8" id. x .250" wall rolled H.D. paperboard tube.
I'm interested (althought not in buying the tube).... what is the
difference between this and the standard sonotube? You can cover a
sonotube inexpensively with kydex as well.... it's not seamless though.

Subject: ATM 8" id. x .250" wall rolled H.D. paperboard tube.
Hello, all: I am considering the purchase of the above mentioned tube for
my OTA. The best and most economical way to purchase it is the way it is
sold...... in a carton of two tubes. The case (two tubes) cost $44.20
which
includes shipping and handling and end-plugs for protection during
shipping.
Usable length is 60" (63" overall length.) There is no i.d. or o.d.wax on
these tubes, for ease of finishing. If anyone is interested in purchasing
the other tube (I only need one) please contact me off-list. Single tube
cost is $22.10 plus $7.00 for my cost of shipping to you (continental U.S.
only.) Thanks for your time. JW
