ATM Aerial Lens Info

Hey guys, 

I got a question in my email I'd like to pass on the group.

Anyone know anything about a "Voightlander HELIAR"?

It's 480mm fl f/4.5. Don't know the age.

Is this the German version of a Kodak Aero-Ektar?  Or
something completely different?
