ATM - Digital Setting Circles

Some time ago I saw a posting about a kit (circuit board, etc) which can be
purchased to build digital setting circles.  I think it was in CompuServe
archive.  Can anybody point me to an address?

I am looking for a set of digital setting circles which can be interfaced to
a computer and 'talk' to TheSky via serial port.  I have seen an ad for Sky
Wizard CTI which is just hardware-to-computer interface ($149).  Has anybody
had any experience with this unit?

Where can I find information on the "Astronomy Command Language".

Any information would greatly be appreciated.
