      Tightening the vanes pulls outward on the halves of the bolt you just 
     split...I'm guessing that the nuts would hopefully hold the halves 
     together but I'm not sure it would work.  I think the bolt would rip 
     apart...I wasn't clear if this was still in the idea stage or if it 
     had actually been constructed...seems like a good, simple, method if 
     it works. (I'll probably try it anyway of course)
