ATM Complete Computerized CCD telescope resources?

I am interested in building a telescope for CCD work. I know about
Berry's CCD Cookbook and some other resources. What I want to know
is ther a book that exists that has it all. What I want is a complete
discussion about optimal Telescope designs for Deep Space and/or
planetary imaging, how to build a mount that is sturdy enough and
accurate enough for CCD imaging, how to computerize this mount for
autoguiding/slewing, CCD cameras for this system and finally software
to control the telescope and camera.

I realize I may have to glean all the info i need from the various
sources ie. The Internet, Periodicals, and specific books on each facet
of my project.
